Cancellation and Returns
There is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made,
You can get in touch with delivery team as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel the order and refund your amount.
We will deduct the payment gateway and handling charges if you have used the online mode of payment for that order.
If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded deducting gateway charges or get replaced with other items.
No cancellation once the product is shipped.
Typically, delivered orders cannot currently be returned. Of course, this does not apply in cases of transport damages for which Offimart or a third-party-logistics provider can be held accountable. Please inspect all goods carefully on delivery and immediately inform our customer delivery support team if you detect any damages or defects within 24 business hours of receiving the order. We will replace the damaged item/s in cases of transport damages for which a third-party-logistics provider or we can be held accountable.
In other cases, You can reach the manufacturer service location by showing warranty cards .
There are some items which do not qualify for refunds. They are: 1.Custom specific orders 2.electronic items 3.Installed softwares/Applications/Devices 4. Consumables.
Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in 48 business hours without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.
Offimart will pay for return shipping only when products delivered are defective, damaged or the wrong product was received from what was ordered.
Any damaged item has to be returned with full set as it as original condition.Liablity Restricted to Replacement of the particular product or Amount will be refunded for that particular product only.
